We manufacture Westfield and Caterham specific harnesses, which have a shorter shoulder strap than our regular harnesses as well as a different lap strap configuration tailored to fit a two seater kit car. TRS harnesses can be manufactured in one of three different variants:
- The standard harness with steel adjusters.
- The 'Superlite' with aluminium adjusters on the shoulder straps and steel adjusters on the lap straps.
- The 'Ultralite' with aluminium adjusters on the shoulders AND lap straps.

Standard
The bolt-in 4-point harness is road-legal and has 50mm shoulder and lap straps. There is no lappad. The end fittings are 7/16” anchor plates with 7/16” UNF set screws, and domed cap covers are also included. The release buckle is a push button type.
Clubman
The 4 Point Clubman Harness is a road-legal harness which has 2" shoulder and lap straps with load spreader pads on the lap straps for increased comfort. The end fittings are a clip-in type, which is supplied with eye bolts, and the release buckle is a push button type.
Clubman 75mm
The 4 Point 75mm Clubman Superlite Harness has smooth-running 75mm professional aluminium adjusters on the shoulders and standard 50mm lap strap adjusters. This is TRS’ mid range 75mm shoulder road harness with its smooth running 75mmaluminium adjusters on the shoulders only. This 75mm shoulder harness is an ideal upgrade for drivers who prefer the race/rally style professional 75mm adjuster and wider webbing. The harness is road-legal and has 75mm shoulder and 50mm lap straps with load spreader pads on the lap straps for increased comfort. The end fittings are clip-in type, which is supplied with eye bolts, and the release buckle is a push button type. The rear shoulders can be wrapped around the roll cage if required.
