DPF Foam Burst is added to the Fueltone Pro range and is designed to clean and unblock DPF filters in situ. No need to remove the DPF which saves a lot of labour time and money.
As we all know replacing a DPF is an expensive business and now, in most cases this will not be required. The foaming action of the DPF cleaner reaches deep inside the filter removing and dissolving carbon deposits from all the surfaces.

Wear the correct safety equipment - Gloves and Goggles.
- Bring the vehicle up to temperature and turn the engine off.
- Where the DPF is gained access from depends on the model of can.
- Remove the Temperature sensor / Lamba Sensor on the DPF.
- Insert the extension nozzle: the tube should go in as far as possible and be moved up and down as it's sprayed.
- Spray for 5 seconds and then Leave for 5 Seconds - Repeat this process until the can is empty. Use the whole can.
- Once complete allow to soak for 15 minutes.
- Refit the sensor.
- We recommend putting a 200ml Bottle of Fueltone DPF Cleaner Regeneration aid in the fuel tank.
- Start the vehicle up and commence regeneration either passively or actively if required.
- If no regeneration is required take the vehicle for at least a 30 minute drive to complete the cleaning of the DPF.
- Continue to use Fueltone PRO DF Cleaner and Regenerator additive on a regular basis to maintain a clean DF system.
DO NOT add more than specified dosage.
