Very Poor Communication
Regardless of the item.. It is absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age your customers cannot contact you via a phone number or email to ask urgent questions or make urgent yet simple ammendments to orders. Using FB Messenger and having to wait a day or two is not acceptable. We won't be purchasing from you again on this basis alone, regardless of the items purchased.
Did not last as long as described
The lamp was fitted and with 2 months it started to flicker. Therefore I have had to replace it. Very disappointing!
Failed interior units
Bought 4 units a few months ago and the LED 501 INTERIOR UNIT failed after a short period of time( LED'S black and insulators scorched), purchased another one to complete car interior but now failed again. At over £5 per unit I think this is totally unacceptable, I await your response.
