Returns & Exchange


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product with the original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. The following additional restrictions apply to these returns:
  •   If the item is returned in the original box with included accessories, we will exchange it or offer a refund.
  •   Custom-configured products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  •   HID Headlights can be returned for store credit only. 
If you are a consumer and have purchased faulty or mis-described products, you should return them as soon as possible after discovery of the fault or mis-description. You must also provide the original order number or proof of purchase. If investigation reveals the products as sold were faulty or mis-described, Autobeam will replace or repair them or provide you with a full refund.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning is the customers responsibility. In the case of faulty items Autobeam will refund an shipping costs upto £4.90. Returns can take upto 7 working days to process after we have received your item(s). 
​If your request for a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.
Sale items 
Items included within a sale are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged. Unless the item is faulty.

Please note: DO NOT return any product (on your own accord) without having an RMA returns number, as doing this will make the return or refund invalid.
Late or Missing Refunds
  • ​If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
  • ​Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • ​Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
