Returns & Exchange

We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you. 

When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all AUTOBEAM tags attached. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning are customers responsibility. In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge.

Returns can take upto 3-5 working days to process after we have received your item(s).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.

We will gladly exchange any items within 28 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, in original packaging, with AUTOBEAM tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your Email invoice, We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 2-3 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s). 

Late or Missing Refunds
​If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.

​Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

​Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
