We understand there’s nothing worse than buying something only for it to develop a fault within weeks of use, with our standard 2-Year Autobeam warranty those worries are eliminated and best of all its free.

Standard Warranty - Two (2) Years
All Autobeam products sold on our store include a 2-year warranty as standard.

Extended Warranty - Five (5) Years
All Autobeam performance products sold on our store include a 5-year warranty as standard.

 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any goods delivered to you are faulty or unfit for purpose, provided you notify us within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer we can replace your product or issue a gift card.

If this 30-day period has passed, we will offer a repair or replacement provided that you report the fault within the warranty period of your product. If we are unable to repair or replace the item(s) we will provide you with a refund.

Autobeam warranty excludes any products which have failed due to ill-fitting or other external factors (e.g. shock/being dropped etc.

This warranty does not apply to any non-Autobeam branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Autobeam hardware.

Non-Autobeam branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty, which provides benefits in addition to consumer law rights - please check your product box and literature for details.

This warranty does not cover products that are used as part of a Daylight Running system, as the usage in such circumstances is likely to be higher than that of an average user.

1. Please contact our support team via our website or social media accounts regarding the issue. 

2. Once authorised please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase here and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. You will be emailed with details on how to continue with your return. 

Failing to follow the above returns procedure may result in the claim not being accepted.

(i) In the case of two products being purchased (a pair), both must be returned unless agreed otherwise.

(ii) The failed products must be returned to us in order for us to diagnostically test it to improve future product development.

(iii) If a claim is authorised, then the customer must return the product to us within 14 business days. If the product is not received within this time then the claim may not be accepted.

Autobeam warranty is offered as a goodwill and may be terminated at any time in the future. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No Autobeam reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable by force of law, it will be excluded from the warranty and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Where the product was purchased in Ireland, this warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of Ireland and each party hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Where the product was purchased in the UK, this warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of England and each party hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless you live in Scotland in which case the laws of Scotland will apply.
